...London as a City is quite an interesting and diverse place. It has some brilliant places, like Oxford Street and Westminster Palace, and also some great tourist attractions, like the London Eye, The Tate Modern and Madame Tussauds. However, there are some parts which are horrible (like the east end), although the ethnic diversity this results in is actually quite good. The mix of cultures is good, and the ability to co-exist makes London a much better place, than, say Birmingham. I like London, although it really has some rubbish bits....

...London is not one of the places you just visit one then don't bother. It is a very active place with all the sights and sounds. Art galleries, rivers and The Tower of London make the place totally enjoyable. Even if you are a shop a holic you are bound to find a few shops to suit you in either Bond or Regent Street.
One thing I dont like about the place I live is the Millenium Dome. It sticks out as an ugly peice of canvas. Personally I cant wait for it to get taken away....
