I've just returned from a 2 week holiday in Ibiza with 11 of my friends, and I thought that I would let everyone know what I thought of 2wenty's holidays.
Although the holiday in general was good, the service we got from 2wenty's was quite poor.
Upon arrival at Ibiza we were greeted by our 2wenty's rep was very pleasant and showed us the way to our coach for the transfer to our apartment.
Whilst on the coach we were informed that we would be having our welcome meeting as soon as we arrived at the apartments, before we even checked in!!! Now you might think that this wasn't to bad, and it might not have been if it weren't for the fact that the time was around 5am!!!!
Once we arrived at the apartments we were told to drag all our luggage into the bar around the corner from our apartment block where a Rep would be ready to tell us what was on offer. As we started to file in, we were told quite abruptly by the Rep to leave the bar immediately because he was in the middle of something!!! We then found ourselves sitting outside with all of our luggage not knowing what was going on. We decided that we were going to go back to our apartment and check in and get some sleep!!!
When we got to our apartment block we could not believe our eyes!!!! It was complete mayhem!! There were around 30 people screaming and shouting because they were trying to check in, and the receptionist did not know what he was doing!!! There was no rep anywhere to be seen. After waiting outside for a long time we finally checked in at around 7am.
After a short sleep, we were awoken by the 2wenty's rep, as we had to attend the welcome meeting and 10am as we had missed the one a few hours earlier.
The package that was on offer was very good. For £200, you got 8 excursions which included around 8 hours of completely free drinking time!!!!
All of the excursions were very good. The trip on a catamaran and beach party went down particularly well, and all of the excursions gave you the opportunity to meet new people and make friends. The package also allowed you to chop and change the events you took part in, and you could even swap events for entrance tickets to the big clubs!!!!
My friends and I booked all of the nights out and enjoyed every one one of them. However the Rep was not very organised, as he did not seem to know who had paid for what, and we found ourselves having to argue to get tickets for things that we had definately paid for!!
All in all the apartment was very nice, the excursions were excellent but the reps were below standard, and very diffulcult to get in contact with!! I have travelled with other operators for young people, where the excursions have been just as good but the service much much better!!

Basically this is only one point of view
when i went to Palmanova with the 2wentys group, they dealt with us superbly. Nothing went wrong, and when something did go wrong (* our apartment was robbed ) the 2wentys rep gave us free calling time to cancel our cards and they took us directly to the police station to report everything.
On the good nights, they told us everything of where to go , what not to do, and on every drunk night, they were there in all the bars they told us to go in.

i have to disagree with what you have said i went on a 2wentys holiday to ibiza for 2 weeks in june and it was the bestb holiday ever the reps were great they were always their for you and willing to help no matter whatb the problem was!!! all the reps were great lisa james matt nina mr t chris shona jack i think they do a great job working the hours that they do.

i have not long come back from ibiza for two weeks to the poniente apartyments had the best holiday ever the reps were wicked lisa horton is a blast!!! most of the reps were cool but lisa and james made my holiday bring on next summer.
