Lovely Leeds

Advantages: Lots to see and do
Disadvantages: The weather can be disappointing

I have lived in Leeds all my life, studied here, and have now settled here post uni. I have lived in more rural areas, out of town suburbs, studentville, and even dabbled in some almost city living. It's one of those cities that has been experiencing a boom over the last twenty or so years, overtaking the other cities of West Yorkshire to become the largest, and arguably most successful. Traditionally it really began to develop as a municipality from the beginnings of the industrial revolution, being at the centre of the woollen industry, and has a long history with textiles. Just look at how Marks and Spencer began! Nowadays, it has hard to class Leeds as one thing in particular - different areas all function as independent towns whilst being part of the larger Leeds - and with most cities has it's share of division. Review of Leeds in general

call of duty is average!

Advantages: good price
Disadvantages: not enough features

well the other day i purchased call of duty from sainsburys at a price of £26! which is amazing as all other major retailers range from £35-£50! anyway the game is average as the missions in my opinion are a lacking something and the multiplayer doesn't have many gun sets. the maps look similar to those in other cod games and the online doesn't take my fancy unlike world at war and modern warfare 1 the graphics are of good quality but for extremely good graphics turn to the ps3 the make your own class is a nice touch but needs some good features such as pimp your gun as in army of two on ps3 overall i give call of duty modern warfare 2, 6 out of 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's a decent buy but there are better games out there! ...

Review of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Xbox 360)

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2

Advantages: Lots of people online with excellent graphics
Disadvantages: None whatsoever!!!!!

The latest Call of Duty has been a long wait but rest assured to anyone who has not bought this game yet that the wait is worthwhile. This is arguably the best ever first person shooting game. As far as the graphics are concerned they are realistic, the multiplayer gameplay is also well mapped out and well structured by Activision. You can clearly see they spent a long time on the maps. Activision have also introduced new features such as: New weapons, perks and attachments. There have also been new kill streaks, and you can now get a harrier airstrike and you are now given other rewards for getting a kill streak. The newer kill streaks are the following: Pavelow, care pacakge and a harrier airstrike. There is also another astonishing feature which is know as the Tactical Nuke, once you get a 24 kill streak you can kill everyone in ...
