I booked a van to be hired on their website, but then needed to cancel it a week before as the moving date changed. I bet you are thinking to yourself this is enough time for them to not cause any problems, oh how wrong you are!
They took both the booking fee (£129.99)and the deposit (£500) from me, put me in to my overdraft and still havent returned a penny to me after 2 weeks of chasing. That amount is HALF of my pay cheque, so I am now struggling to pay bills because of these crooks.
Every phonecall i make seems like a waste of time. I was told it would be in my account in 7 working days time, IT WASNT, I called the day before that deadline and was told it would be there in 48hrs, IT WASNT, and then i called last night and was to call back in the morning as payments finish at 5 but work between 9-12 on Saturday, THEY DONT! I have given my contact details to numerous staff, sent LOADS of emails and not a single response.
