Advantages: Cheap as chips, great quality Disadvantages: Funky bathroom smell
Well, some of the more observant of you may of noticed that I tend to travel a far bit. In fact, going through my old reviews from 2000 / 01, it appears that I have some review updating to do also! However for now, I'll concentrate on my recent experiences.
I'm what you would call a mileage whore. Before you all go off complaining the Ciao that there is a sex pest in your midst, the term is used widely in the US, and means a person that is brand loyal for the benefits you get off the company you are loyal to. Advantages: Good shops and duty free, excellent staff, new terminal well designed. Disadvantages: busy, can be daunting, airport tax.
This is a lovely airport, plenty of shops, good duty free and is the best place to change your money on the way home. There is a small bus terminus where umpteen free hotel buses pick up very frequently, so you could hop a free lift to wherever you want to go in the surrounding area. The staff are friendly and efficient, and will help you if you get stuck or lost. Remember to pay your airport tax at the machine after you have checked your case in on your return, and don't forget to buy your souvenir Saki! ...
