I moved to denmark last year, i felt a bit unsure moving to a country with a differnt culture and language to go with it, however right from the start i found that the danish people are extramly helpful and accomodating people, and with most of all danes speaking good english the comunicating ad getting around is never a problem (however thy really like it if yo try to learn there language, even if it is only a few words, with the worst pronounciation they are really receptive if you use dannish towards them). I move to a City called Aarhus, it is denmarks 2nd biggest city behind the capitalcopenhagen, Aarhus is a fantastic sīcity with so much to īdo, it has a excellent city centre with everything you need shops pubs resteraunts, clubs, cinimas and lots more to do and see. Denmark is a beuatiful country within the main citys but also has many small towns in fantastic countryside. which are well worth a weekend visit. 1 down side to denmark is the cost of things, maily everything will cost a lot more then in britian, but with a higer wage then this is not normally a problem. I would also recomend taking in a handball game or 2 when you ar about, it is a really excititing sport if you get a good game, and is really popular sport to the danes

Advantages: Not as expensive as expected, friendly people, easy to get around, great beer! Disadvantages: More expensive than the UK, gets ignored when thinking about a short break
