One ended up in a terribly small room with a shower with boiling hot water. Another 2 friends were supposed to share a twin room, but one of the beds was a child-size bed.
The rooms were not very clean and did not have phones, kettles or drinks. We realised ... ...to change our bedsheets or clean our rooms and had to ask them to do so. They cleaned my room when I was out, but I discovered to my horror when I returned that they had not closed my room door properly. It was fortunate that I had locked all my things up, but to me, it was sloppy security.
Breakfast was sad with unpalatable fare and super-diluted juice (you're better off drinking water and getting your own breakfast)

We realised after staying a few days that they were not going to change our bedsheets or clean our rooms and had to ask them to do so. They cleaned my room when I was out, but I discovered to my horror when I returned that they had not closed my room door properly. It was fortunate that I had locked all my things up, but to me, it was sloppy security. Breakfast was sad with unpalatable fare and super-diluted juice (you're better off drinking water and getting your own breakfast) As there were no phones in the rooms, the lady who settled us in told me I could use the phone in the reception, which I did at midnight in order not to make it inconvenient for anyone. However, when the manager turned up over the weekend and found me doing so, I got a scolding from him. In any case, he seems to be scolding people or talking very loudly half the time. Most of all, I must say something about the terrible quality of service and poor attitude towards guests. Avoid it at all costs!
