Staying in Abbey Guest House was an experience that left a bitter taste in my mouth. I went with a group of friends and when we arrived, we were given rooms with different shapes and sizes. One ended up in a terribly small room with a shower with boiling hot water. Another 2 friends were supposed to share a twin room, but one of the beds was a child-size bed. The rooms were not very clean and did not have phones, kettles or drinks. We realised after ... ...change our bedsheets or clean our rooms and had to ask them to do so. They cleaned my room when I was out, but I discovered to my horror when I returned that they had not closed my room door properly. It was fortunate that I had locked all my things up, but to me, it was sloppy security.
Breakfast was sad with unpalatable fare and super-diluted juice (you're better off drinking water and getting your own breakfast)
