I was in Accra Ghana for 6 years from 1985 to 1991. It is the capital. It is a very lively city. Especially where i used to live "Cantonment" which was a few minutes drive from the labadi beach. They have many hotels and amongst them which i remember and are reasonable are the Labadi Beach Hotel and the Golden Tulip Accra Hotel. The people of this country are very honest and loving. Many people from different nationalities have come to settle in Ghana. It is also the top leading Countries when it comes to Production of Gold. Food is excellent, try their local food like the fufu and the banku. hmmmm tasty. I will recommend you to go there because i had my best days when in Ghana and hopefully i will soemday go back there for a vacation
