AD-DAKLA. This place is in the middle of the desert, not far from Mauritania. There is a large concentration of soldiers there, due to the threat of Polisario. Finding accommodation can be a problem, if there are more soldiers than usual, however, you can go to the peninsula and camp there. People come here because they are on their way to Mauritania, in this respect, Dakla can be quite an interesting place. Food can be found cheaply in one of the many small restaurants.
