Acqua Di Gio

Advantages: Smells Great
Disadvantages: Can be expensive

ml) £44.99 (100ml) I haven't seen it in a Bodycare or Savers yet but I will put the prices on if I see Acqua Di Gio on sale there. If you feel that those prices are a bit expensive, you may wish to purchase online. www.strawberrynet.com (Delivery - Free): £20.50 (30ml), £23.50 (50ml), £35.00 (100ml Splash), £37.00 (100ml Spray) www.cheapsmells.co.uk (Delivery £0.95 per item): £33.54 (100ml) www.supaperfume.co.uk (Delivery - Free): £26.75 (50ml), £34.49 (100ml) These prices are all for Eau De Toilette Spray unless stated otherwise. I think tehse prices represent how good Acqua Di Gio is and I think that it was £26 well spent at Superdrug and I expect my 50ml bottle to see me through to Easter next year. Acqua Di Gio is a perfume right from the top drawer. You can't go wrong buying this; the only downside maybe that it ...

First Term At Malory Towers : Give this to your little girls!

Advantages: Very readable, enjoyable, imaginative, contains some sensible & good philosophies
Disadvantages: The modern versions of the books are altered to make them politically correct

back when they were first written. First Term At Malory Towers is a real page-turner, containing several small scenarios which run through the book ? one thing evolving into and leading into another, and another, and so on. The book is set in the term which leads from the return to school after the Easter holidays up to the summer holidays. As well as learning their maths, English, history, geography etc. hard under the strict eyes of their teachers, the Malory Towers girls in this first of the books engage in activities such as tennis, swimming in the pool, and a great day is had by most at half term when the parents come to visit ? lots of strawberries, ice cream and little cakes for tea, as well as a big mystery for Darrel to contend with! The teachers at Malory Towers are of the ?old school? brigade whereby though they never use ...

Di Maggios, decent Italian restaurant.

Advantages: Good food, nice atmosphere
Disadvantages: Something not quite perfect, a little too busy

Di Maggios, as the name may suggest, are a string of Italian restaurants situated in and around the Glasgow area. I will be reviewing the city centre restaurant specifically which is situated in Royal Exchange Square but I believe that the quality and atmosphere have been similar in their other restaurants so would (slightly tentatively since I haven't been to them all!) recommend the others equally. I hadn't booked the restaurant and so was a little concerned that I would have to wait as it was a Friday night. Luckily there was room and my partner and I were seated straight away but it can get quite busy so I would recommend booking just to be sure if you really want to come here. From the start the waiter managed to achieve the right balance of being friendly but not intruding on us-my personal preference is when a waiter keeps out ...
