Advantages: user friendly web site, low fares, excellent service Disadvantages: very few
...Using the AerLingus web site is simplicity itself. If your travel dates are flexible, it will offer a range of low fare options, many of which do not require a minimum stay.
With your e-ticket, you can use the self service check-in machine, thus avoiding queues, and even select your preferred seat.
Because of pre-assigned seating, there is no trouble boarding.
I often fly to Heathrow for a day in London : the return fare is often 65Euro or thereabouts, representing tremendous value.
In line with most carriers, AerLingus no longer offer free food & drink in economy. A cooked breakfast, complete with (decent) coffee & newspaper is 8euro, which isn't bad value. The entire menu is published on their website, so there are no nasty surprises.
Cabin crew are always very welcoming and helpful.

Advantages: Fast efficient service. Disadvantages: None
...I dont get tro fly that often....but when i do, I tend to take a lot of notice of how the different air haulliers treat me. Having travelled to the Emerald Ilse on more than one occasion and by different methods (Plane,Hover-craft and Foil), I think that I can truly promote this company.AerLingus......the airline of Ireland, has absolutely incredible service, rates, flights, and the list goes on and on...I left from Manchester Airport on a flight to Shannon and was impressed my entire flight there. The seats were both spacious and comfortable. The stewardesses and pilots both greeted all the customers upon entry onto the plane and were extremely helpful and efficient during the flight and embarking and dissembarking.
The prices for AerLingus could not be beat, especially since they are a major airline provider. The food on the flight...

Advantages: Good service Disadvantages: Very Basic
...AerLingus are one of the 2 big players on the Ireland-England Route.
The other being Ryan Air.
AerLingus has been established for a bit longer than Ryan Air and it gives a better level of Service. They both operate from the same airport as my airline and the general concensus from passengers I meet is that Lingus give a better level of customer service.
They are in direct competition with each other but there is plenty of trade for both of them on this route to Dublin.
Buzz dont fly to Ireland because the the competition from their domestic airlines is too fierce apparently. We fly to Europe mainly instead.
Their Green Aeroplanes signify the Emerald Isle to which they belong. Their fleet is starting to age though and the 737's that they use are real workhorses on this route, flying many times a day, seven days a week.
The staff...
