I went from Munich to Shanghai via Moscow, 590 Euro.
First it took half an hour to print out my ticket, just because one flight number changed. Fortunately I was early enough at the airport.
The service was so so, lets say ok, but the food was rellay shit. Apart from that we got the same food on both flights!
Then my luggage didnt arrive, like the one several other people who were on transit. My friend here told me, that the luggage was most times also late for other friends coming here and having transit. But why is it so difficult to route the luggage through? Perhaps I´m to spoiled from living in EU. Anyway, then you call there, and they are even to stupid to track the luggage. Apart from that they dont even speak proper english... Now I´m still waiting for my luggage and I will get it propably tomorrow, two days later - at least this is the experience from my friend living here. Apart from this, Now, its like this and you can not do anything. So it doesnt make sense to get really annoyed, you can just be surprised that they dont manage such simple things, which have been a standard in eastern Europe for so many years already - independently if its a low-cost flight or not. But for being the Russian Lufthansa this is really really poor...
