For the traveller that likes to experience sun, snady beaches and a different culture like myself then Agadir should be on your must visit list.
I visited in October half-term week {yes more expensive because the flight operator added a £100 supplement to the flight cost, disgraceful, but as i work in a school my holidays have to be outside term time}.
I was to stay in the all inclusive hotel Agador, part of the Caribbean Village which also shares it's grounds with two other hotels.

The complex boasted three swimming pools, several choices of restuarants and what they called the animation team.
The grounds were beautiful and very clean.
The weather was fantastic.
And the people very different.
One day the market came to the hotel and stalls were set up all around the main pool.
A fine array of wares from carvings,to marblized statues, leather silverware and spices galore which you could gain for very good price if you are adept at haggling.

A short walk to beach which was also clean and offered fabulous views down to the palace, well worth walking down the beach for a closer look.
From the beach you can see the carved out writing on the side of a big hill, which says something like god, king and country{but don't quote me i have a terrible memory for trivia}.

As you travel around the city you can get a taste of the culture, the most surprising thing to me was the fact that the people seemed to be very young, and there were alot of mid-build houses or very new buildings, this is apparently because of the earthquake they endured in the 60's which devastated the area and is still in the process of being rebuilt.
One thing to look out for is the tree climbing goats,a sight to see.
Due to the lack of fertile grass at ground level the goats have learnt to climb trees so they can eat!

I loved agadir and the surrounding area but i will warn anyone that is thinking of going not to venture out along if they do not like to be pestered. As the people tend to come up to you alot some just to talk others to try and sell you something, but if you are firm and polite i found it not to be a problem as they all seemed to take no for answer.
