A long haul flight last year from Gatwick to Orlando was made very pleasant by flying with Air 2000. The aircraft was modern clean and had comfortable seats (even in Economy !) All of the air crew were smart, polite and very efficient. They were well informed, prompt and very easy to get on with. Nothing was too much trouble and all requests were promptly delivered. In flight entertainment included something for all the family - pretty new films and in depth information on your intended resort. Meals were of good qaulity and all delivered with a smile. Return flight was just after 9/11 tradgedy, and ALL air crew went out of their way to put all passengers at ease and assure them of their safety. A big thumbs up to the Air 2000 team.
