We booked with First choice and took advantage of the "First child travels free" offer that they had. We had pre-booked the three seats together at a cost of £25, so we didn't have to check in until 90 minutes before take off. And when you are travelling with a 2 year old then the lest time spent at an airport is always better. Especially when we had to arrive at the airport at 6am!
Food was included as part of the deal, which meant a hot meal and drink. You could also buy a drink later in the flight. Duty free was then offered at the end.
The staff were very friendly and willing to give that extra bit of help to parents of young children. Just having the facility to warm up milk is a bonus for you.
Overall it was a friendly service. My only citicism was the amount of leg room that we had, as it was poor. Basically the seating was comfortable, but the leg room was almost non-existant.

Sorry for the low rating but I felt you could have said a lot more concerning the flight, the staff, how easy was check in? What were the meals like or did you have to pay for them? Could you buy duty free? What was the seating arrangements like on the plane? If you add more let me know in my guestbook and I will take another look! Love Louise
