For the first time in 8 years i finally went abroad to Turkey. I was very excited as we had got quite a good deal through Lastminute.com.
However........ This is going to be the last time i EVER fly with Air2000 (which is a subsidery of Firstchoice) I was stuck on an isle(typo) at the front of the airplane, not bad, but nowhere to put handluggage, therefore the stewardesses(i'll go into that later!) took my bag to the middle of the plane and hid it from me!
As it was 10pm at night i would expect a little light refreshment, well, 2 hours into the flight i was chucked a plate of what only i can describe as foul (well, it was chickenish!) to be followed with cup of tea you wouldn't even make for the tax man!
OK, i know that the food was going to be bad, but i didn't think that the service could be worse, as i said i was at the front and in the middle of the isle, therefore EVERY time the stewardesses/steward wanted to pass me i got shoved into the next seat(well nearly!) i'm only 5'2" so if you were a bit taller and broader, you'd have bruses!
Also, when they are chatting to each other they lean on the back of the chairs, so when they walk away you're sprung into the seat in front of you (or in my case the wall!) AND the passengers were doing that as well!
On the way back, it was the same, although i didn't have the front seat, i still had an isle seat.
Well, all i can say is make up your own opinions, but don't say i didn't warn you!
Next time i'm going by Virgin! - i know it's a little extra, but the chairs have tvs!!!!!!
