Air 2000

Although this is on the cheaper end of the scale when it comes to air travel, I was expecting a certain level of service. I was throughly disappointed.
This is the worst airline I've ever known and its worth paying that bit extra for decent service.

I've flown with this airline a couple of times and never would again.
Both times the flight was delayed by a good number of hours with infrequent announcements leaving you waiting around bored.

I found that there was less leg room than on my flights than on normal flights meaning that on a long flight you were left feeling very uncomfortable and cramped in, although planes are never the most comfortable of places I was in extra discomfort with Air 2000.I am a very short person (around 5ft2) and I dread to think of the pain that a taller person would have suffered.

The food was nothing special but then again plane food never is, being a picky eater I never eat the plane food but it appeared to me to be no worse than usual plane food.

The service on the flight itself was just fine and the stewards and stewardesses seemed friendly and helpful but this alone would not make me fly with them again.

The inflight entertainment was alright but the films and comedy shows were not as high quality as I have seen on the other airlines which I have used. This left me feeling not only uncomfortable and hungry but also bored out of my mind.

They did all the usual safety rituals showing you where the emergency exits are and how to put on your safety jacket etc but they are legally required to do this.

Overall cheap prices but for poor service, and although the in flight staff were both friendly and competant in my opinion its well worth paying that bit extra for the better service especially if your going on a long flight.
