After booking a flight to Vancouver from London on BMI, i thought that it would be a safe choice after previoulsy flying Air Canada, i was still recovering from the nightmare which began all over again once i found out that it was being operated by them! But i was proved wrong as Ar Canada didn't delay, cancel our flight but had to make an ermergency landingin Toronto because of a reason my dad wouldn't tell me. We spent a night in Toronto and were off the next day but were delayed 5 hours because of a severe storm on the West Coast. They next flew us to Calgary as it hadn't been affected there, where we spent 1 1/2 hours waiting. We were then finally took to Vancouver, where we were refunded 1/2 our price! Another disaster via Air Canada! So in total our flight was..... 35 and a half hours late, not inlcuding the time spent on an areoplane! By the time we reached Vancouver, i wa still recovering from the London - Toronto - Calgary - Vancouver journey which tore me aprt and took 1 week to recover and by that time, it was time to go back home again. TO avoid any more disaters i cancelled our flight with AIr Canada and took West Jet back home via Calgary only to find that the flight from Calgary was once again being operated by Air Canada! Thankfully, we were back in London, on time!!!
