Having travelled with Air Europa 3 times I felt that this airline delivers pretty good customer service after my recent flight with an English Airline!!!!
There is enough room in the seats - not as crammed as one I could mention! - and the stewardess always look very well groomed and professional. I have had a slight comment on my last opinion of another Airline for saying that the uniforms and the turnout of the stewardess wasn't great - but sorry - I think that these are the people who represent the company who people will remember as the company and who they will base their future flying plans - if they didn;t receive the service they won't fly with them again. With Air Europa I've always found that they wear very smart uniforms and will wear hats and gloves when seeing passengers on and off the plane - not a necessity I know - but it looks professional and gives a good company image.
The plane itself was clean and tidy and the flight was well organised. Sweets are handed out at the take off and landing of all flights. Food was served before the movie was shown so that people could settle and enjoy the movie without being interrupted.
The meals are as acceptable as airline food go! and I am always able to order a vegetarian alternative. Extra rolls are handed out if you feel the need and at least 2 cups of tea or coffee.
The only inconvenience is that on a couple of occasions we did stop at Saville on the way to refuel - probably cheaper fuel no doubt!!
I don't expect 5 star treatment for the price of 2 star - but I do expect that the company portrays themselves as being professional and caring towards the customer - which I feel this airline gave me. Just because I can't afford 5 star doesn't mean I should be treated with slap dash service!!!!
