I have just returned from Gran Canaria a couple of weeks ago and it was Air Europa who we flew with, I wasn't expecting it as we had booked an Airtours holiday. I didn't think they were as good as Airtours for the following reasons- The two Airhostesses did speak english quite well, but did'nt smile at all, looked really bored and chewed gum!. The food was very poor .plus there was no film to watch on a 4 1/2 hour flight. They told people off for laughing and joking too loudly!.I felt that they were very unhelpful and unapproachable. However the flight was very smooth and the landings good, which I admit is the real concern with flying.plus it was spot on time arriving and departing. The plane was clean and yes the crew were smart and tidy but i wouldn't chose them again if i had a choice.
