I flew on Air Europa for the first time last year on a one week vacation from London Gatwick. I departed at about 8pm and arrived in Palma at 11pm local time.
The price of my return ticket to Mallorca was very reasonable indeed. £120 returns if I remember correctly. This was booked two months in advance.
I was permitted 6Kg of hand luggage which must consist of one piece measuring no more than 25cm x 35cm x 45cm. I was also permitted 15Kg of luggage for the cargo hold.
The check-in at Gatwick was very friendly and in a comfortable atmosphere. This was the first time I had flow alone (age 15). There was no rush to get through check-in and to departure.
I found my own seat on the plane. I thought one of the stewardesses would have shown me to my seat as I was alone. Anyway, the seat was comfortable with plenty of leg room and a wide base. The flight was not full by a long way so there was a lot of space to spread out in.
I found the cabin was slightly too cold for my liking and was forced to put my jacket over me to try to rest.
I had a brief look at their catalogue but found nothing of interest and noticed that all of the products were far over priced, even though the prices were in euros!
Unfortunately I cannot report on the toilets as I didn't have the urge to use them but I'm sure they were nice (and cold).
There was no entertainment in the cabin and no TV sets to be seen. It was a good job I bought my own literature and music with me or I would have been very bored.
The flight was very smooth except for a little turbulence and the landing was gracious.
When I departed from the aircraft, I was met by the steward/esses who wished me a good holiday. That was very welcoming to me.
On the return flight, everything was much the same.
I would defiantly use Air Europa again.

Animals are permitted on all Air Europa flights as long as the meet the following criteria:
a) - They must travel in an approved cage (in the case of small animals travelling in the cabin, they may be accepted in a bag or appropriate container that can remain closed throughout the flight)
b) - The passenger must present a certificate of health and vaccination chart from the veterinarian, as well as any special requirements that each country may have for importation on international flights
c) - Animals weighing up to 6 kgs (including the weight of the cage) can travel in the cabin. Any animal weighing more than 6 kgs (including the weight of the cage) must travel in the special cargo hold.
d) - There is no limit to the amount of animals travelling in the cargo hold as long as there is enough space, except for the ATP, due to the small size, animals weighing more than 20 kgs ((maximum size of the cage: 68 x 50 x 48 cms, equivalent to the medium size of Air Europa hire cages) will not be accepted, nor will more than 3 small dogs or 2 medium-size dogs be accepted.
e) - Only domestic pets are allowed in the cabin, such as dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, etc,...Other animals that are less common and may disturb other passengers (for example, small snakes, lizards, spiders, etc.) must travel in the cargo hold in an IATA approved container even if they do not weight more than 6 kgs.
