The worst and most stressful time of my life. The service was absolutely disgraceful. The communication between the airline and their contracted rep at Gatwick was non existant. So instead they just stringed us along with lie after lie.
To start with 3 weeks before take off we recieved our first 'delay' that was 11 hours was annoying enough, let alone what was to come.
Our next delay was from 18:00 to 4 in the morning. Eventually we get 2 hours sleep then back to the airport to wait another 9 hours get on a plane we were then escorted off with armed police to face another delay and when we eventually took off we landed in the wrong country without even being told.
