33 HRS DELAY!!!!!!!!Never been treated so badly, after having our flights delayed by email 3wks before departure to 11hrs later, that was bad enough arriving at Gatwick for our christmas holiday to find the flight again delayed til 4 in the morning!!!!! not told anything but lies by the staff , hanging around the so called info desk where they didnt know anything, "make yourselves comfy in an airport where there were no seats available, we had been given a hotel in the airport which was very nice Sofitel, to be woken at 1.30am suppose to be flying at 4am?? once again in departure at 2am, no one to tell us what was going on so when 4am came n went we realized we were going nowhere!!!! finally boarded a plane at 11ish to sit on the tarmac for 3hrs to be told by the CRYING crew to get off and proceed into the departure lounge as they were ova there flying time, we waited again trying to find out from the unhelpful staff of Gatwick, another 6or so hrs past we finally boarded and away we went, landing in Fuerteventura or so we thought?? But no we were in Gran Canaria not a mention from the crew or Captain til we landed, lies lies lies, lost 2 days of our holiday utter crap!!!!!!!! met nice people tho who we hope enjoyed there holiday in the end of a very stressfull time!!!! more stressfull than a divorce Trudi Nurse & Co

The airline is a disgrace! I too was booked on this flight.
Customer service is a ZERO as we had absolutely NO communication with the airline whatsoever. BAA did their best as they too were recieving no information from Air Europa. The simple fact that we were herded like sheep onto an aircraft that had absolutely no intentions of travelling to the PASSENGERS destination of choice, is disgusting and quite honestly i feel that every single passenger should spread the truth about this incompetent airline.

yes Im well aware of this so why did they get us on board only to be waiting on the tarmac for 3hrs?????? complete waste of there's and our time, if they new they were over there flight times they should have instructed more staff!!!!!!!!

Cabin Crew have duty time limits, as they are onboard for safety they cannot fly after a certain number of hours delay.
