I recently flew with Air France to Paris from Edinburgh. There service, staff and price were great and I would choose to fly with them again if I had a chance. In my opinion, I will tell you the advantages and disadvantages of flying with Air France. Hope you enjoy it!
Air France flies to many places around the globe to and from Paris or any other French airport at different price ranges. Example: My family and I got a cheap flight to Paris from Edinburgh and back with Air France at horrible flights times. (At night and in the morning) We believe we got cheap flights because of the times and we think if we got them during the day, they would have been a lot more expensive.
Staff. Air France has very friendly staff on board their flights, but not in their check-in desks. As my family and I checked-in for returning to Edinburgh, the staff member was having a carry-on with another staff member and wasn’t paying any attention to us. After we checked-in, normally, with other services, they say, “enjoy you flight”. But in this case, she was still having a carry-on and we were disappointed. Their staff on board flights, are much more concerned in us, not having fun. They gave us a warm welcoming on board and were very helpful through out the flight. They made sure we had what they offered, which my family and I were very pleased.
Comfy through out the flight? As we boarded the aircraft their seats looked very comfortable and which they were. Unlike car-leathered seats, which end up boiling hot if left in sunlight, the aircraft seats where the opposite, like there was know temperature on them. Which was satisfying for me. In most flights, there’s turbulence, which I enjoy. But I was disappointed in this flight as there was none of it at all! Which may be good for you, but not for me! Though it only shook when it we took-off and landed. So we had a very smooth flight throughout.
Food. I hate most airline food, as you don’t know what im going to get. I’m a fussy eater, so I don’t like most foods. So I ended up only eating a roll. On both Air France flights, I got a cold meal, which I think you will get on every Air France Flight, though I might be wrong. Your main meal is also companied with a dessert, water or orange juice and jam for your roll. So I recommend this food for non-fussy eaters unlike me.
Delays. On both flights we had know delays and I have never seen a delay at both Edinburgh and Paris airports for Air France. Though I guess they have had some in the past and will have some in the future.
Website. Since Air France flies all other the globe, they have a website for many languages. Like many airlines, you can book online. And with Air France, you can, though I don’t recommend it after the things I have heard. Their schedules is another useful feature on their website to see if your flight is on time, or to see any other times of flights for you to book. Also on there website they have useful information on their destinations and their airline. Which also has customer care. If you have a question or comment about a flight(s) you can send them an email by a links on their website at customer care section. I recommend this site to find information and flights times, or for any questions or comments.
Overall View I recommend if you’re planning a trip to Paris to fly with this company as I find their costs are great, their flights brilliant, there staff friendly and their website helpful with know delays.

Your review was helpful. It included all the necessary information you needed to know. Remember though, when you are talkng about ground staff, they do not always work for air france, rather, a ground handling agent such as Aviance, Servisair, Groundstar or Swissport.

a very good opinion, i flew with air france to the philipines via pairs, and you are right they are very helpfull, we too should have been delayed, but avoid most of them by arriving early ,so caught earlier flight to pairs, but on way home bad wheather caused us to arrive 1 hour late .........i hope you make it to gold star status.but we both have a long way to go,,
