...Air China is not China air line. They are completely different two companys. China air line is a taiwanese company. It used to be a state run company, and now has been privitisated. That's the begining of its disaster. Air China is a state-run international air line company. It has guite good reputition and very famous for the safety. It's not a bad idea to take Air China from China to go abroad, because it's cheaper and the food is all right. However, I don't think the service is good. At least, not as good as China air line. ...I've travelled several times with Air China, both international and internal. With the same service Air China is much cheaper than most air companies of other countries. I would prefer to take Air China, not only because of it's low price, but also because Air China has an exellent record of safety. Thanks God, the time is over, in which the flight steward fighted with the Hijackers. ;) The food is certainly not an unforgettable culinary enjoyment, but one cannot expect much more in a flight. The flight attendant are very patient, further more young and pretty. ;) It's a prerequisit to work as an attendant at Air China. They really try their best to make the customers satified. The space is perhaps a bit crowded.... Read review

Advantages: inexpensive
Disadvantages: cramped space, bad service, never on time

...I would not fly Air Transat unless it was the only way to get somewhere, or unless it was half the price or better of the next least expensive option. Mainly I feel like a number. Sometimes they are friendly; sometimes not--customer service certainly doesn't seem like a priority. Space is cramped. Leg room is non-existent. If there were a class called "sub-economy," I would classify Air Transat in that category. Food is on the crummy side of mediocre, but in reality who cares on an airplane? I have experienced nothing but delays with Air Transat--whether flying it myself, or picking someone up at the airport who is flying with them. Safety seems adequate. I never felt we were going to crash, and they seemed to adhere to all industry standards. I do not recommend Air Transat.... Read review
