Pure living hell. Vancouver to Puerto Vallarta Dec 2007. I am only 5'3'' and the seating was extrememly uncomfortable. Not only was the pitch the worse I've ever experienced, but the width of the chair was an insane 16 inches. My knees were crammed up against the seat in front of me. The people in front were mean enough to recline the entire flight. People were yelling at each other for bumping each others seats. I thought the man a couple of rows ahead was going to physically attact the person behind him, it was a very uncomfortable situation. We ordered lactose free, didn't get the order, both meals were greasy cheesy meals and I couldn't eat them. 5 hours of pure hell. How does Transat get away with this service and comfort leve???????? Never, never, never again will I fly with Transat.
