Advantages: fantastic staff, great food and movie choices were amazing
Disadvantages: can be ignored for a while when busy, intense safety check - but this is also a good thing

...Abu Dhabi last year with Emirates and i can safely say they are one of the best airlines I have ever flown on and I have flown a lot. Check in was noramal not particularly fast or slow, the flights were both on time to the minute which was very impressive! The flight itself was outstanding, we flew on their new aircraft, the seats were spacious, comfortable and spotless, leg room was good. Their crew on board were dressed beautifully, they were respectful ...
...and friendly towards westeners. they were very attentive and the flight seamed to fly by (excuse the play on words!) the only problem we did have was flying home, it was packed and when we got on board we asked to be upgraded, the checken agent had said their was space available and we would be able to purchase upgrades on board the plane, the staff member said he would be happy to move us up and take credit card payment however he never came back ...

Review of Emirates Airlines - UAE

Monarch flight

Advantages: Cheap fares, excellent customer service, good food. Felt safe. Good take off/landing.
Disadvantages: Bit cramped for space. You can upgrade though for extra leg room.

I have flown with Monarch twice now and cannot fault their service. The first one was to Egypt and true the space was limited, but what do you expect for a cheap flight. The food was of good airline standard although of course the trolley came round first with inflated priced drinks and snacks, which seems to be the norm on most airlines. Just hang on and wait for the free meal! Staff were very smart, attentive and efficient and I felt comfortable ...
...Crete and there again I could not fault the whole experience. The cabin temperature was good, as I flew once with Thomas Cook and was frozen the entire flight for 4 hours. Take off and landing were perfect, unlike being dropped on the runway with Thompson. For a charter airline I would rate them as one of the best. Easy check in facilities and friendly staff. ...

Compliments on support given to elderly passengers

Advantages: excelent support and aircraft staff services
Disadvantages: None

...and appreciation to all the Ryanair staff and ground support staff for their assistance when flying my 85 year old parents from Bournemouth to Reus last week. The service they provided was exceptional and did much to alleviate all stress from what is basically a potentially stressful situation. Review of Ryanair - RYR

Virgin Airline a thumbs up.

Advantages: Space, customer service is good
Disadvantages: Food is not that great, punctuality

Virgin was pretty good compared to other Airlines. The airhostess are courteous, responded very good to out needs and they treated us equal we are east indians and when ever talked to us, everytime they smiled. Our requests were fulfilled properly and we are happy about that. Overall Service inside the Plane was smooth and also it was fast. Also when I entered the airline I noticed there was good amount of Space between the aisles. It was not very ...
...There was a little De-merrit regarding the Food i.e., What we ordered was available but the food could have been little more tasty or delicious. Overall I would give this airline a 4 out of 5. I would fly again and give this Airline 1st thought before booking again ...

Review of Virgin Atlantic Airways - VIR

Easy (for them) Jet

Advantages: cheap, good choice of destinations, punctual
Disadvantages: dodgy landing every time, boarding is chaos, lots of orange

...the UK and have used EasyJet quite a few times. I'd heard both good and bad things about them so I wasn't sure what to expect. But I decided to go for them based on two factors, mainly price and destinations. Note: my flights with EasyJet have all been Newcastle - Charles de Gaulle and vice versa. Destinations Many low cost airlines have limited destinations or go to out-of-town airports, fortunately EasyJet doesn't seem to. I'm only aware of 3 budget ...
...the airlines, flying my route, EasyJet is the cheapest. It's usually a few hundred less than AirFrance and less than half of BA's price. Booking I booked all of my flights via their website, it cuts out the middle men but you do have to be careful as they try to sell you lots of extras. The worst thing is that travel insurance is added automatically, so remember to remove it! It's best to pick insurance yourself so you can choose the right cover ...
