...I had a ticket for Regional Air onwards but wasn't booked, so when I arrived I found the gate that the flight was departing from. There were a few people hanging around, but nobody at the desk. I wandered on further down the terminal to the regular transit desk but they didn't handle BA so after a bit I wandered back to the gate. I have flown with Ryanair a few times and i must say i have not had a good experiance, The first time i flew with Ryanair was in January to Italy but we were delayed for 8 hours YES 8 HOURS, The reason for this was one of the light in the asle was not woking properly. They made us sit in the aircraft with the doors closed and it was hot as anything. We asked if we can have some water and we we told they are not allowed to open the bar on the ground ...
...was told my mates that Ryanair had improved and i then rebooked in march to Spain. Now i though it would be a better luck this time, well NO it was even more worse.
