The more normal route however (whether booking yourself on-line or through an agent or tour company) will result in an e-ticket confirmation. We may be getting a bit more comfortable with the technology, but I have yet to see very many people turn up with just their e-ticket number on a scribbled post-it. High Flying Service

Advantages: Great service, flights on time, always expanding new routes.
Disadvantages: Lower prices can be found with other budget airlines.

Bangkok airways is the main airline operating the domestic routes around Thailand, and some international routes, these include routes to/from; Cambodia, China, Japan, Laos, Maldives, Myanmar, Singapore and Vietnam. NO to TAP, never again

Advantages: good food, good on air service
Disadvantages: delays, very bad on ground services, bad and wrong informations

Kenya Airways: Terrible Customer Service

Advantages: OK as long as everything goes according to plan
