Advantages: Clean, friendly, punctual
Disadvantages: On-demand entertainment & food not great

I flew with Qantas from Beijing to Sydney, then to Auckland, then back from Christchurch to Sydney. All the flights were clean, on time, and staffed by polite staff. Ansett- A Great Airline that's gone- updated

Advantages: Great Friendly Service
Disadvantages: Not the great airline empire it used to be

Although Ansett flies still as Kendell etc. Ansett has become a microscopic airline compared to the airline it used to be. Ansett became bankrupt 2 days after Sept. 11th. Fly free with a kangaroo - go on hop to it!

Advantages: You get a free flight for no extra work or effort
Disadvantages: none really except it would be nice to get more.
