Pure living hell. Vancouver to Puerto Vallarta Dec 2007. I am only 5'3'' and the seating was extrememly uncomfortable. Not only was the pitch the worse I've ever experienced, but the width of the chair was an insane 16 inches. My knees were crammed up against the seat in front of me. We choose to fly Air Canada (Aug 2007) from Toronto to LA as it was the national airline. Even though ticket prices were considerably higher than anticipated we choose Air Canada secure in the knowledge that the flight was an international flight and the service, seating etc was as high a standard as any national airline. We were horrified to discover that their ageing aircraft A319 was configured for sardines and way below international standards. ...

Canada 3000's only advantage is it's price, when flying within Canada I suggest West Jet, you typically have more leg room, the customer service is incredible from the in flight jokes to the helpful and friendly stewartesses to the pilot coming out to thank you for flying West Jet is a much more relaxing way to fly.
