A good airline if you're visiting Iceland

Advantages: You get a movie for only a 3 hour flight, on-demand entertainment if lucky
Disadvantages: Food isn't great, no online checkin

...in conclusion I'd happily recommend Icelandair if you're travelling to Iceland. I don't think I'd be using them to travel trans-Atlantic however. They are in the process of refitting some of their aircraft to have 3 classes, to include an economy plus section. Disadvantages: Supposedly a nonstop flight

Flight canceled due to technical trouble and had to return to gate. Only B-class passengers were helped quickly while 200 others had to return to check in counter. Only two agents on duty. My wife calculated it would take about nine hours to process all 200. Passengers were told that the Airbus A330-300 had to get parts flown in from Copenhagen and thus could not leave until next day. Its a low cost flight....AND MORE!!

Advantages: Friendly cabin crew, punctual, cheap
Disadvantages: Extra charges, expensive in flight food and drinks

Thomson gave great flight deal .

Advantages: Cleanliness of aeroplane and no delays.
Disadvantages: No disadvantages with this particular flight.

This year we booked our holidays through Thomson and received a really good quote for the flight as there were only a few seats left. There was no problems in getting seated together and no delays departing or arriving home. In fact when arrive home we set off 15 minutes early and arrived back to England half an hour before arrival time on the tickets. The pilot landed the aeroplane perfectly. Lost Luggage and Poor service

Disadvantages: Losing luggage, unfriendly staff, broken toilets, cold and under par food and entertainment unit
