Flight canceled due to technical trouble and had to return to gate. Only B-class passengers were helped quickly while 200 others had to return to check in counter. Only two agents on duty. My wife calculated it would take about nine hours to process all 200. Passengers were told that the Airbus A330-300 had to get parts flown in from Copenhagen and thus could not leave until next day. ...morning I tried to log on to SAS website and was unable to find my wife's reservation. It took me over ten (10) minutes to find the phone number. I called and was on hold for 40 minutes. The person who finally answered spoke with an extremely heavy accent and was very difficult to understand. I asked her where she was based--Estonia of all places. ...was with a company called Nordic Airlink, someone I'd never heard of (again). We took a quick look at their website before going, just to see what they were all about (www.flynordic.com, if you are interested). As you might expect, they are a scandinavian company, serving routes between Sweden, Norway and Denmark. I'd say they are definately a budget airline, judging from the prices - around £20 for a flight between Stockholm and Oslo for instance. ...

Anyway, not to worry, but worth mentioning that their Customer Service is slow for general enquiries. I'd never heard of Novair until we recently took a flight from Stockholm Arlanda to Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic. I'm not sure how useful this review will be for you as you are unlikely to fly with them unless you are based in one of the Scandinavian countries such as Sweden, Norway or Denmark. Did not live up to all the good reviews. I travelled from Edinburgh to Hamilton May 2008. We arrived at the airport and was quickly boarded on the plane. We had booked premier seats together, when we sat down we realised that the plane and crew were all from Iceland, the crew could only understand half of what the Scottish passengers were saying. The seats was dirty and the crew spent all their time with the small amount of business passengers. One ...
...The seat in front of us went straight back due to being broken. When we landed at Hamilton airport in Canada we were greeted by what looked like a industrial estate. On the return flight the flight was delayed but due to the small airport the passengers had to seat outside and there was limited shops and cafes, none of this information is included in the airport information on the sight. ... Once we'd taken off, it was a drinks trolley with a small-ish but adeqeute range of juices, soft drinks and alcohol, although they were not accompanied by any nuts or pretzels.
