Advantages: price at times Disadvantages: flying with them and hoping it won't be cancelled
...staff is at times frienly but once dealing with a problem they become surly although this is also a regular thing with Spanish companies as Spain is not known for service.I live in Madrid and experience this everyday and vueling is not outstanding in its rudeness and lack of care. ...

Review of Vueling Airlines
Advantages: Cheap flights from Glasgow to Gran Canaria Disadvantages: Delays not uncommon - so i'm told
i have flew with flyglobespan for the last 3 years from Glasgow to Gran Canaria. The first couple of years were without incident but this year the flight was delayed by 5 hours approx there and back!!!! Which was not amusing when it takes 3 hours to get the airport from our home location. Why book with flyglobespan you ask then? Well the answer is because it is a Scottish airline and flights are leaving from Glasgow - for some reason the majority ... ...holiday in the Uk. As you may be aware bank holidays in the uk are not the same in Scotland. Therefore, the flights are always between £50 and £100 cheaper per person. If there is a family of four flying to Gran Canaria or wherever then £400 is a lot of savings. Basic flight - you can chose if you want to upgrade to seats with more leg room, or meals etc. But if you're looking for a bargan flight - don't discount flyglobespan. its worth a look . ...

Review of Flyglobespan
Advantages: Competitive prices, plenty of destinations, good service Disadvantages: You have to pay for food and drink on board - but that's almost standard nowadays...
I recently flew with Air Baltic for the first time, taking advantage of their low fares and regular connections between the capitals of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia to shuttle between the three countries in three days. Since achieving independence in the early 1990s, the Baltic nations have all steadily developed their own airlines - however, it is probably Air Baltic that has achieved the most in terms of brand recognition and market share, and ... ...Established in 1995, Air Baltic is steadily expanding its route network and fleet of aircraft as it grows to meet the increasing demand for business and leisure travel both to and within the Baltic states. The Latvian national carrier uses Riga as its main hub and services 46 destinations from the capital city, and flies to 20 cities across Europe from Vilnius in Lithuania as well. In addition to this, the current strategy seems to involve expanding ...

Advantages: price Disadvantages: treat you like nothing, no customer service, not punctual
I've been flying with Ryanair for a few years now. In the beginning, I found it pretty good in terms of value for money but not anymore. The more I fly with this company, the more I think the service is intolerable. My last flight was over 2.5 hours late. And on the one before that, they lost my luggage. how many mistake are they going to do? Scandalous when you know how much they charge you to check it in! At that price, how can they even justify ...

Review of Ryanair - RYR
Advantages: price if you are aware that you'll be late! Disadvantages: not good for business travelers
I flew with Ryanair from Belfast to London Stansted. The whole experience was extremely stressful. First, I had to wake up at the crack of dawn to get to the airport... Then, because Ryanair can't do things like everyone else, and has its own set of rules in terms of luggage weight, insurane, (read them over carefully before agreeing to embark on this journey), there wasn't not one moment where one could sit back and relax before his flight. From ... ...end of the bargain, which Ryanair doesn't. It's not because you offer cheap fares that you can be late for example. My flight was 45 mins late and because of that, I was late for a meeting. I'd much rather Ryanair increase its prices than be late. And I'm not even going to mention customer service, which is, to say the least, inexistent. It is impossible for me to recommend this airline to anyone who is travelling for business and I wouldn't fly ...
