chilled or too chilled?

Advantages: Good crew, food and free champagne in economy
Disadvantages: no seat back tv's

I flew with Air Jamaica(JM) to Montego bay airport (sangster) last year and i wasn't very impressed with the aircraft itself or the way they took on so much luggage! To start off with, the check in staff seemed to allow all the passengers to check in over their allowance. Even though they did charge them it seemed the majority of passengers were taking at leat two even three bags more than most normally would and i'm certain the total the aircraft ...
...Check in and Boarding: Air Jamaica fly from Heathrow and check was actually relatively smooth with very little queues considering the above! The staff were friendly enough and after check in we made our way through security and into the waiting lounge - the flight was due to leave on time but we did depart about 15 minutes late - not a major problem and think this most mostly due to traffice anyway. Review of Air Jamaica - AJM

Its a low cost flight....AND MORE!!

Advantages: Friendly cabin crew, punctual, cheap
Disadvantages: Extra charges, expensive in flight food and drinks

Ok so im going to be honest, I work for Jet2.com as cabin crew, but im going to do this review as I honestly rate the company as a whole, because I have flown with them before I worked for them. And I know the company has a few faults, that I will mention. Jet2.com are a budget airline that fly from Leeds, Newcastle, Manchester, Belfast, Blackpool and Edinburgh. Their main base is at Leeds. You can book a flight with them online or call Jet2.com ...
...but you need a printer, because you need to print out the boarding passes. When you have selected your flight and put in your card details, you will recieve an e-mail to confirm everything and your reference number. You will have to go onto 'manage your booking' on jet2.com Then type in the number and surname. Review of Jet2

Thomson gave great flight deal .

Advantages: Cleanliness of aeroplane and no delays.
Disadvantages: No disadvantages with this particular flight.

This year we booked our holidays through Thomson and received a really good quote for the flight as there were only a few seats left. There was no problems in getting seated together and no delays departing or arriving home. In fact when arrive home we set off 15 minutes early and arrived back to England half an hour before arrival time on the tickets. The pilot landed the aeroplane perfectly. One of the flight attendants came over and offered us the opportunity to swap and move further down the plane which was more comfortable. Lost Luggage and Poor service

Advantages: None
Disadvantages: Losing luggage, unfriendly staff, broken toilets, cold and under par food and entertainment unit

Doing the Continental

Advantages: Direct flights from provincial UK airports, excellent inflight entertainment/service in economy
Disadvantages: Narrow bodied planes can be claustrophobic, queues for toilet, poor seat pitch
