Firstly you npark your car right outside if you prebook a space and check in is usually only one and a half hours before take off and when you have left your cases ther is a smallish caffe/shop to wait in. ...there is only one plane boarding and that is only caused by the added security of recent times and there is no waiting for a slot on the runway once the doors are shut you are away. When returning there is only one plane to unload so no time is waisted there are the usual security checks then you are out of the airport into your car and away.
