Monarch premium rip off

Advantages: A way to get rid of money for nothing in return
Disadvantages: cash for nothing

We paid for the premium upgrade to Kenya and it was a disgrace. The flight was late leaving Manchester and the crew who were leaving the flight in Paris virtually threw our breakfast at us. The plane was dirty, we had no extra leg room, there was no priority check in or boarding. the welcome on board drink was a plastic tub of orange juice. great way to travel! very welcoming, friendly and comforting

Advantages: great service while in air, relaxing environment

My boyfriend and I booked a holiday to Rome last summer via expedia, and we wanted a good quality airline to fly with so we chose BA! easy cancellation

...expensive one (around 300€).I called easyJet 100 times, and sent many letters, but they still want to give me back only 100€, the price for my ticket with them. This is totally unfair, because I couldn’t wait due to professional reason, I think easyJet should refund me the total amount which is 400€.
