I used a lot of flights over my travels but Delta Airlines I used twice, once on an internal flight from Las Vegas to New York and another transatlantic flight from New York to Edinburgh. Comparing both experiences I am going to cover all of the main factors in deciding whether the airline was good and up to my standards and if I would use them again.

Advantages: An All Around Good Experience Disadvantages: They Don't Fly To All The Places I Want To Visit
I'd been aware of JetBlue for quite a while and had heard mainly good things about them so when we decided to add a side-trip from Utah to Los Angeles it seemed like a chance to give them a try..... especially as their fares were so much lower than the legacy airlines. We checked in on-line for our first flight from Salt Lake City to Long Beach and simply had to drop our bags off at the desk. Simple-or would have been had the desk been manned but ... ...3pm" a mere 45 mins before takeoff. The staff were pleasant-even if they made us repack as we were over the weight limit. As we had booked before the new charges for luggage came in we weren't charged despite having luggage for a three week trip. Down to the gate and our next surprise-a smoking room. Most airports no longer have these and as Salt Lake City is predominantly Mormon and therefore non smoking it was quite a surprise that there was one ...

Advantages: price Disadvantages: treat you like nothing, no customer service, not punctual
I've been flying with Ryanair for a few years now. In the beginning, I found it pretty good in terms of value for money but not anymore. The more I fly with this company, the more I think the service is intolerable. My last flight was over 2.5 hours late. And on the one before that, they lost my luggage. how many mistake are they going to do? Scandalous when you know how much they charge you to check it in! At that price, how can they even justify ...

Review of Ryanair - RYR
Advantages: price if you are aware that you'll be late! Disadvantages: not good for business travelers
I flew with Ryanair from Belfast to London Stansted. The whole experience was extremely stressful. First, I had to wake up at the crack of dawn to get to the airport... Then, because Ryanair can't do things like everyone else, and has its own set of rules in terms of luggage weight, insurane, (read them over carefully before agreeing to embark on this journey), there wasn't not one moment where one could sit back and relax before his flight. From ... ...end of the bargain, which Ryanair doesn't. It's not because you offer cheap fares that you can be late for example. My flight was 45 mins late and because of that, I was late for a meeting. I'd much rather Ryanair increase its prices than be late. And I'm not even going to mention customer service, which is, to say the least, inexistent. It is impossible for me to recommend this airline to anyone who is travelling for business and I wouldn't fly ...

...change over in Mumbai. Jet airways seem to have a new fleet of aircraft, all aircraft are clean and well equipped, check in is effortless and customer service at the airport is fantastic. TV in seat with large choice of movies and some games with the usual cheap headphones and two prong plug Tip:(bring an adapter and use your own headphones) One strange thing though, no drinks round. A free drink was available but only at the time of the meal. Two ... ...these guys I think the trick is to ping your call button for a drink and not wait for the trolly but I didn’t see anyone doing this. Do take some snacks on board. Curry for breakfast shocked a few people onboard. Overall though I would use Jet airways again. ...
