Flight canceled due to technical trouble and had to return to gate. Only B-class passengers were helped quickly while 200 others had to return to check in counter. Only two agents on duty. Disappear into Finnair

Advantages: New aircraft with on demand entertainment
Disadvantages: A stop in Helsinki for long haul trips

I'd never flown with Finnair before, but recently they've been strongly advertising their fares to Asia and they are actually cheaper most of the time than other airlines. The flight from hell.

Advantages: Cheap
Disadvantages: Everything! Cramped seating, poor food and inflight entertainment

InJanuary 2008 I booked flights to New York with NWA, travelling on October 25th for 5 days. When my husband and I arrived at Humberside airport we were told that we had been put on standby as the flight was so overbooked. My Travel Airways - Not all bad

Advantages: Prompt departures, good inflight service

a good choice for economical trip

Advantages: safety, price, food, punctuality
Disadvantages: service of milages, less free luggage

I've travelled several times with Air China, both international and internal. With the same service Air China is much cheaper than most air companies of other countries. I would prefer to take Air China, not only because of it's low price, but also because Air China has an exellent record of safety.
