I have personally flown with airtours four times. Out of those four times I was delayed twice, once due to a problem on the aircraft. We had actually boarded the plane in advance and others were startting to board the plane until a mark was spotted on the side of the plane. We were taken off the plane and after a period of 2 hours with announcements of an indefinate time delay we were finally told the plane was deemed unflyable and were delayed 6 hours before we could fly. I also heard about a delay of similar time from an other source flying to a different destination. Although the flight crew do a splended job, I personally do not recommend Airtours purely for their reliability.
