I have been on about 5 airtours holidays. One reason is that i had bad experiences, and was given holiday vouchers to use on another holiday.
At one hotel they were still building it, and I was only told 2 days before i was meant to go, and another time one odf my party becaume ill and had to go to hospital. The reps were very unhelpful, with two women sounding like they were advertising a well known brand of soft cheese. I was not told of the quickest route to hospital - i took 3 buses, to be later told there is a direct one.
I have also had good experiences, a recent one at Le Saphir in Hammamet was excellent, with good reps, good entertainers and a top quality hotel.
Although here there were other people who were very unhappy. This hotel (Le Saphir) is not for young children (in winter anyway), and some families were very unhappy indeed.
The brochures are excellent.

Advantages: Staff try their best in a bad situation, its just a shame about the company they work for, and the flights are cheap (you get what you pay for) Disadvantages: Too many to list!
