Choosing this tour company was a huge mistake. And there are so many more out there right now that feel the same. This company have managed to ruin our honeymoon BEFORE we've actually been on it. They have lied and covered up their own mistakes. I chose a hotel which they have overbooked and cancelled our booking with just 7 weeks to go and forced me to take a much more expensive hotel that was still available. And we are one of the lucky few. Some poor travellers have actually managed to get to the destination airport to be told after a long haul flight that "sorry, you aren't going to blah blah hotel, we've moved you to a much less suitable one"!!! Can you imagine that?? I can't. This company are deliberately overbooking hotels, making up lies and excuses for why you can not go to the hotel you want and making you pay for something way more expensive, after keeping you on hold on the phone for ages, ignoring every email and letter you send and treating you like an idiot when you try to seek compensation. Please think very carefully before you hand over your hard earned to this company. Yes I too have had a few uneventful, cheapy holidays with them. However, the one holiday I needed them to get right(my honeymoon), they just couldn't manage it. Do your research first. Look on all the travel and holiday review websites. Then decide. You have been warned.
