My opinion of Airtours was not good. Although the vast majority of Holiday makers put up with the problems they encouter when flying with Airtours they shouldnt have to endure it in the first place. I used to be a travel agent and the number of times that I had made a booking with airtours and seen the list of complaints. It was not worth going for the cheaper price, compared with the aggrovation recieved.
I would suggest putting in a little extra money and getting named accomodation. So that you know where you are going to stay rather than taking pot luck will be better for you in the long run.
I agree I would'nt travel with this basket case outfit at any price! good op cheers jane ps no need for the hot milk now as my 2 weeks off work are over so i have to get some sleep!

Advantages: Staff try their best in a bad situation, its just a shame about the company they work for, and the flights are cheap (you get what you pay for) Disadvantages: Too many to list!
