I have been on holiday with Airtours a few times and had no problems. I think that you get what you pay for and at the end of the day Airtours cater for people who can't afford to go for the top of the range hotels in the poshiest of areas, that is not to say that I would be happy spending a week in a slum, but I always do a bit of research into the area where I stopping before I book. Ask around and see if anyone you know has been to the complex that you will be stopping at and what they thought of it. If you are not happy with the holiday then tell the reps that is what they are there for.
