It is a haven of concrete, with paths to evrywhere and the roundabouts are seen as pleasant breakups to the roads. You see peole i MiltonKEynes tend to be mor epositive than outsiders.Now even more is being added: clubs, pubs bars and a new ski slope complex that boasts a cinema along with climbing facilites and many restaurants. A new shopping centre is also beign added on to the current one, increasing the number of shops- whta could be better? If you like shopping and want entertainment then miltonkeynes is the place for you!!!!...

...Living quite close to MiltonKeynes, I visit regularly. It is a very ‘happening’ place, with lots to do. The main attraction of MiltonKeynes has to be its shopping centre, which is forever expanding. The shopping centre has just expanded again, so now it includes a Virgin megastore, and several other chain stores. MiltonKeynes also has 2 cinemas in the centre that are in major competition with each other. They have also just finished building the snow dome, Xscape. This is the biggest indoor Ski slope, which also includes more nightclubs and more shops.
In all MiltonKeynes has 4 McDonalds, which is quite enough thank you. MiltonKeynes also attracts quite a few of the skate boarders and BMX riders; this is because of the long straights with Business offices situated on them. The train station is about a 15-minute walk...

...When I lived in Northamptonshire I visited MiltonKeynes quite often. I went there basically for the shopping. It really is impressive. Firstly there is a huge shopping mall where you can shop til you drop and most of the big High Street names are there.
What else do I like about MiltonKeynes ? In a way I think it is rather like Singapore without the sun. It is arguably the most impressive of Britain's new towns and really has been well planned. Most of the facilities are very modern including the railway station and the housing is very good indeed. Critics say its lacks character and there may be some truth in that but it is I believe a good place to live and work in. The Japanese certainly think that for there has been quite large inflows of investment from Japan into MiltonKeynes.The Open University is located there and the English...
