Ok well its been just over a week since i got back, and my tan has already faded!!! Devastated!

Lets start with the looks. The hotel is very well set out, modern and clean. The staff are very helpful, and all speak perfectly good english.

Well the rooms. I went with the girlfriend, and we paid roughly £500 each with Thomas Cook. The rooms are tiny. You have to pay a 50Euro deposit on arrival for the remote for the tv or you cant turn it over. Its a very small wall mounted tv, and the sound button didn't work. You get two English speaking channels, which is Eurosport, and BBC news, the advetsing of Sky Tv was very misleading!

The air conditioning is very good, however, as the temparture of your body drops during the night and outside, the room gets very cold, and the remote for the air conditioning is un-removable from next to the air con. So when it gets to about 3 or 4 in the morning its time to decide who gets up and turns it off.

The bathroom was nice and clean, no bath but had a shower. You have to remember that over there most things are powered by solar power. This does not affect the showers to much, as it doesn't matter what setting you put the shower on, it decides wether its going to burn you with extremely hot water, or make you jump out the shower when freezing cold water comes out. The water tempature changed so often and so quickly, i never wanted to get in as it got me angry.

Our balcony was directly above where the entrtainment was, and to be fair as soon as we closed the balcony door, we could only hear minimal noise.

Maid service was something else. Due to our room being very close to reception, every morning between 9:00 and 9:30 we would be awkend by the sound of the maid knocking on our door, or trying to get in. Despite the amount of times we complained, she did it every day except for one. Not only this, she would also proceed to knock at least another 4 to 5 times before 11/12 o'clock. 3 Times the maid didnt leave towels, and twice she never even made the bed, or changed the sheets.

One complaint i had was the fact that this place not only has lots of families, but had several groups of girls and boys. This wasn't a problem as everyone seemed to get along and there was no problems. Except for the amount of noise these people made when they were stroling in at all hours, making one hell of a noise. I never complained, as i have been on many boys holidays, and i know what there like, but we did make friends with a few people who did complain, and the night guards basically didn't care, as long as they weren't braking anything they left them alone.

The pool s amazing, with a seperate pool for young children. Theres a very nice poolside bar, but i will admit this bar does get busy. This bar alos serves food, but by food i mean chips and toasties. There are also a selection of ice cream.

There is a nice on site shop, which provides plenty of gifts, but not lots of the amenities like tea and coffee, they quickly run out. There is a medical facility on site, but not sure how good this is.

There is plenty of entertainment for the kids at nite, with many different activities. I did go at the start of the season, so not everything was up and running, but still there was plenty for children to do.

The reps do try and get you involved during the day, but this is either taken up by the groups of lads and girls, or if they don't get enough interest scrapped completly for the day.

There are free sun loungers on the ebach, which is about 4 yards from the bottom of the complex, righ next door to a watersport facility. I can't say this is cheap, but its deffinatly lots of fun.

Club Atki is set about a 40minute walk down the beach front from Kardemena. But quad bikes and a higher car place are close at hand. There is a free bus from the hotel to the town, and back at set times, but don't expect this to be to regular, and it is always full.

Kos is a very windy place, throughout the day and night, and the beach is pebbley, but this doesn't detract from the location and amazing sea water.

We were all inclusive, and i can not fault the food. The food is absolutley amazing, and fresh food is constantly being brought out. There's plenty of food for all the taste buds. Orthentic Greek food, with english food, vegetarian food, the lot.

All in all the hotel is very nice. Not the best experience in my life, but this is just a personal opinion.

Again please remember this is a personal experience, not all rooms are the same, and not all rooms will have the same problems i had.

If anybody requires any other information, or specific requests, please email me and ask.

It doesn't sound too bad a hotel - there's probably better but then again there's probably worse!
