Café Del Mar. Wave the sun goodbye...til tomorrow.
Review of Cafe Del Mar & Cafe Mambo by randhawa

Advantages: perfect spot to watch the sunset
Disadvantages: none

...Sitting on the rocks, sipping a drink, the only noise is from the bar behind playing tranquil and serene music, watching the sun slowly disappear below the sea. Its beautiful. A trip to Ibiza isn't complete with out a visit to San Antonios sunset strip in the bay of Calo des Moro. Café del mar was built in the 1980s. Is is now joined by Mambo, Savannah and Kanya at al but Café Del Mar is still the most renowned. Café Del Mar produces its own music and was responsible for starting the chill-out trend with its trademark mellow Baleraric beat. Since 1994 Café Del Mar has been releasing annual chillout albums. For those people who are running low on euros !....you can bring your own drinks and sit on the rocks in front of the café, you can still hear the music. Once the sun has left us, there is usually entertainment in the form... Read review

Review of Moro, London by courtenay

Advantages: tasty healthy food at reasonable prices
Disadvantages: a bit far from the centre?

...moro is great if you live in islington... or if you work for the guardian newspaper... or dance at sadlers wells.. situated, as it is, on exmouth market not far from farringdon road...or roseberry avenue. Less convenient if you live in west london like me...but worth the trek across town I reckon. And its location certainly defines its clientele and lively feel.... Moro was started by Sam Clark and Sam Clarke - man and wife - who used to work at the River Cafe... they have done for rustic Spanish food what Rose Gray and Ruth Rogers did for Italian... And it really works. The food is inventive and care has clearly been taken in the conception of each dish, without it being overly fussy. Much of the meat comes deliciously chargrilled - cooked on the open wood fire at the end of the restaurant. There's something exhilarating about being... Read review

Moorish Moro - once you pop you cant stop!
Review of Moro, London by Shoka

Advantages: Great spanish food with morocan influences, affordable, wine list
Disadvantages: Gets very busy, you need to book up a little in advance

...Once you've eaten at Moro once you'll want more I assure you. Moro is one of the most successful restaurants on Exmouth Market, EC1, London. Its just under 10 years old now and is run by Sam and Sam Clarke, a married couple formerly of the River Cafe. The concept at Moro is spanish & mediteranian food with a morocan infleunce. The couple spent time travelling around Spain and Morocco and I belive have a holiday home in Moroco still so they know a fair bit about the countries and their culinary delights. They seem quite a down to earth pairing and I read an article in the Guardian recently saying they have an allotment somewhere near the site of the olympic developments around Stratford, and they will lose it because of this, and they are protesting about it as they love to grow their own veggies there for the restraunt etc. So...
