When I wanted to fetch my car at Alamo in San Francisco there was a very long queue of people some of which had been waiting for their car for 2 hours and hadn't received it yet.
I had to wait for about an hour in the queue. When it was my turn they told me that my contract had been canceled and they counld't do anything. I had to call the main office myself in order to get a new contract (which of course turned out to be much more expensive).
People were very unfriendly and overloaded with work. I wouldn't recommend Alamo/National.
If you really need a car you should'd rely on this company. I wonder if the quality of the cars is as disastrous as the quality of the service.
