We rented an economy car for our vacation and paid for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) daily. On the last day of our trip in the parking lot we found minor scratched on the bumper. (people literally drive like crap out there). When we return the car, the lady was yelling at us about the scratches, and saying she was going to charge us for the damage. We told her that since we paid for CDW, it should be covered. She then asked our fax number and saying if anything she will fax us. 2 months later 200$ was taken out from our credit card without any notice. We never received any faxes or phone calls. We complained to Alamo international and they just told us "There is nothing we could do since it is outside of the States"...
