Just finished our holiday in Orlando and the only poor service we recieved was from Alamo.
The guy was actively unhelpful and when we declined his attempts to extract more money from us he was openly hostile. He claimed that we wouldn't be able to fit our 3 medium sized bags in to the mid sized SUV we'd ordered so kept recommending a full size..... the car easily took the 3 bags and the 2 extra ones we came back with.
The price we got was last minute and was good but the Orlando International desk will be the reason we don't use Alamo again.
If we hadn't prepaid I would have walked away. If you haven't booked I would recommend that you think twice, it's not a good way to start your holiday.
